Great to see they haven’t forgotten about the app with the recent overhaul to their online banking website. As part of this overhaul you now have more modern transfer limits! Kinda wish some of the UI animations were a bit snappy but that’s just me being picky. But tbh, all they really need to add is dark mode and it would be great! (Pretty plz, with a cherry on top) ### 3/5 — New update actually a HUGE downgrade *2025-10-23, version 4018.1.1* It used to be neatly organized and not an overwhelming amount of buttons on the screen. Also the main thing that your eye focuses on is an ad for loans… Not your savings account either. It’s got your checking account for written checks at the top. I don’t like that. I want to rearrange the order it’s confusing and also the print got smaller so it’s harder to see plus a LARGE ad that’s bigger than the font of the numbers in my account. That’s weird. Also like 3 different buttons take you to the same spot which is just the front page. Also there’s no characteristics it looks like a 90s web design when computers were on the rise, a bit overstimulating. Also bright white and no dark mode hurts my blue eyes. The only issue I ever have is the mobile deposit. I just downloaded it to my phone today and did a mobile deposit. The process was fast and easy. The check showed immediately in my account. Overall I’m very happy with the app. Only reason to not give it 5 stars was some lack of functionality compared to the website - pending charges as well as the detail in the bill payer. But I really can’t complain that the website has more functionality. The star rating is closer to 5 than 4. ### 3/5 — No automatic update? *2017-11-08, version 4.6.180* App tells me I need the updated version but open App Store and it doesn’t show that it’s able to update. Uninstall old version and download new version??? ### 5/5 — Even better *2016-03-25, version 3.11.236* I signed in to the new desktop banking and then did the update here. Working great. Really nice look, not a ton of changes to how I was using the app, which is good. I mostly transfer money, check my accounts and deposit checks on occasion. I don't have to go to a branch! I love it! ### 3/5 — Another Update Glitch *2016-03-23, version 3.11.236* Updated the app and am no longer able to login to my account. This happened the last time this app updated. I haven't changed any of my login info and know that I am using the correct information. The app aside from the update glitches is a fairly standard banking app and is far better now that it has a mobile check deposit feature. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Every time the app updates I have to roll my eyes because SOMETHING will go wrong *2026-05-05, version 4021.0.2* New stupid update AGAIN that prevents me from seeing my money. I go to my app to transfer money and it won’t let me on because you need a verification. Every time I hit send code to phone, or email, it says ERROR OCCURRED and won’t say why! ### 1/5 — Hate it! *2025-10-26, version 4018.1.1* I absolutely hate this update, it’s awful and I wish there was a way to delete the update so I can have the app back the way it was. ### 1/5 — Lost *2024-08-22, version 4.41.107* Trying to make a payment for my car loan but I see zero option to make the payment. Keeps processing but will not go to the balance screen after I insert my credentials.
