Other games and apps are working but not this one. what do i do ### 1/5 — WidgetPet *2024-12-20, version 8.3.2* I am I am having trouble getting ninja pet to work WidgetPet I mean I have had WidgetPet on my iPhone 14+ for a long time and I hadn’t had any trouble with it but today where that bar comes out where it says you can it says where you can feed and water your pet then you click on that to watch an ad to get some your pet and it just runs around there and it says in a little wheel to watch the videos for the coins to water invade your pet it says ad for you and then when you try to click on it then and then it says wait a minute we’ll have an ad you can watch and then we will give you some coins to water your pet then it won’t let me watch an ad it just spins around. It says my phone is not connected to the Internet or something have Internet I can use Safari browser and browse anything so I don’t know what’s wrong with their app you can and you can go up in the of the app and it says that you can watch a free video every day to get coins this morning let me watch a video so this is aggravating and I tried to email the people that made this app on their support page and both of the email addresses come back postmaster undeliverable so I would recommend you wouldn’t pay nothing on here cause you can so I’m glad I haven’t paid for anything. I was just using using the free part of it so anyway, I hope somebody will and have these people fix this app. This is ridiculous and or else I can just take it off of my phone but anyway, I always enjoyed using it before and I have my pants and everything in it so I don’t know what the pets I mean pet I don’t know what they’ve done to it, but I don’t know if anybody from Apple reads the reviews on this stuff or not please make these or make an update to fix it. It needs updated. It needs something and it’s ridiculous. I tried to contact them and let them know. Both of those help and support email addresses on their website don’t work. It comes back postmaster and deliver. So please help me to get this app fixed so it either starts working or they have to take it off or something. I don’t know what to do. Recommend anybody to pay anything on here cause then you can’t get no help if you need your money back on a credit card. Kids because you’ll have they’ll just take your money. I have some solutions I want to share with others so everyone can keep their pets happy! -In the top right corner where the shopping cart is, if you click it it gives you a free daily gift. Then if you click the ad on the top right of daily gifts, you’ll watch an ad for 50 widget pet coins. -You can also go on playdates to earn coins. The games that aren’t “live” will load and you can play then as many times as you want to earn coins. So far this has helped me keep coins and get to keep playing. But the app hasn’t been updated in over a year. Ads won’t load anymore, there’s a lot of glitches to the point of my losing my pet over a handful of times. However, it’s pretty much completely broken, and as another review says, the email address provided for support does not work. I bought the pet care package and it’s done nothing. That’s my money just… Gone. The online leaderboard is broken. It doesn’t load. And I bought ad-free way back, but according to another review, ads won’t load. This breaks my heart because I love my pets, I’ve had them for over a year, and I don’t want to see this app go down. This game no longer plays adds to earn care actions or a treat for your pet. Don’t bother contacting support as the email will block and not send. There is no other way I’ve found to contact support. I have been having to use my coins I’ve earned and saved for a while and would rather not use them. To earn more care actions or give treats. The app keeps saying that I am not connected to any networks to provide said ad’s when I’m actively standing in my home connected to my wifi. It gives me something to do every day and a little creature to care for, even if it’s not real… as I cannot have a real kitty at the moment due to being homeless. I’ve relied on the ads to get care actions and coins to care for my 3 year old widget kitty and my now 1 year old widget plant due to my financial situation, but as of late the ads for the care actions just… have not been loading. I’ve been slowly draining my coins that I’ve been saving up for some time, but as it depletes 70 coins per 10 care actions and I have to purchase about 20/30 care actions a day to care for my two widgetpets, that depletes about 140/210 of my coins a day… and I’ve only got 1330 coins now. I’ve had these pets for so long, they’ve become part of my daily routine and although I’m at such an awful and low point in my life… these pets give me something to do every day. Something that I know needs me. Which is so pathetic as they’re not even real. But I’m afraid due to no longer being able to use the ads to provide for them anymore, I may have to delete the app. And it’s dumb, I know, but having cared for these little strands of code on my handheld device for over 3 years now… I’m really going to miss them.
