iPhoneのOSを上げたらアプリが落ちて動作しません。気に入ってるのでなんとかiOS15.4.1最新版ても動作するように改善お願いします。USB撮りだめだデータを見えるようにお願いします。

接続された外付けモバイルHDD内の動画ファイルが以前見れていたのに動画再生するとアプリが落ちます(画像は見れます)。
最近、iOS15になったのですが、それが原因なのでしょうか？もしくは、HDDの劣化が原因？
以前よく使っていたので、再度使いたいです。以前のように動画が見れるようになりませんでしょうか？

つい先ほど撮ったものがどこかわからない。
というか無い。
