If you have a bad experience with the app and provide their solicited feedback their response is that you are ordering from a third party. They don’t accept accountability. If needing a refund there are hoops to jump through. Tonight we went to your Arden location because we love the brand also our service at every other location has been completely awful. Tonight your employee Eddie completely went above and beyond as well as changing our minds of our favorite food chain brand he reminded us of why we originally loved the brand and went here many times a month. From the delivery menus to the window his service was truly exceptional he spoke well to my husband following all rules to coupons as well. When I got to the window, he was so completely friendly :-) and of course went above and beyond my real reason for writing this review is not to tell you how much I love your brand I want to tell you how much your employee may be experience better again because I’ve been experiencing extremely horrible times at this food chain. Wienerschnitzel has been one of my favorite restaurants since I was a child and I continue to go there. I really hope that you choose to recognize your employee and do something special for him because there is not a lot of employees out here like this anymore I want you to know that food Has went down in Sacramento and greater areas of Sacramento and California in general but Eddie went above and beyond please give this man a raise do something go above and beyond for him like he goes and does it for you you have no idea what this man is doing for your restaurant and I hope you acknowledge that thank you so much Eddie for going above and beyond for my husband tonight.
