It seems the support staff has it in improved mode more than they have it up and running. At least offer a free trial for a period of time right? I just need to know if I am already at a point where I have to pay to contact anyone after one day of using the app, because at this point, I’d rather just have a chance that I’ll bump into my future wife naturally. I have better odds she’s not paying to just talk to potentials too. It’s got some thing on the home screen that’s been saying that the “Wifey tech team is currently working on improving user experience and security.” And has a picture of some 8bit frog on it with a purple background. Which is weird right? Don’t waste your time because it’s been like this for some time with that same screen. The app has yet to add the upgrade and NO ONE has responded to my email from this app. Its all fake, dont waste your time with this!! -The app is super slow, every tab you press takes 2-3 seconds to process. -the verification photo is mandatory that it be on your profile/pics. If you require a face shot from phone, for anti spamming/catfishing, kool. Dont add to profile pics with no option to delete it. - everything is slow. After verification photo, it takes another 30 mins before you can use the app. Purchased the wifey+ to see the full capabilities of the app, STILL waiting on that to start. Purchased upgrade hours ago. It supposed to unlock features right away. This seems to be a low budget app tryin to come up, which is fine. But what exactly is it offering different, other than slow everything? Nothing **Developer response:** This app is not a scam. Your anonymous review name is very telling to the validity and motivation of your claims. What do you have to hide, sir? Verification Photos are required, and will be seen by other users so they too can judge if user(s) are cat-fishing. The verification photo is also a safety method to protect our community from abusers, predators, and panhandlers with bad intentions. It's unlikely that a predator minded user would take a verification photo, because they are now easily identifiable. Which may explain your strong protest against the feature. The verification photo feature has proven to repel and drive out undesired users from our community. Mission accomplished, sir. Unfortunately, we will not change our verification photo policy as per your demand. This feature was actually voted in by members to prevent undesired users from abusing our platform. Yes, the verification photo process may take anywhere from 1min to 30 mins to complete, because a real human moderator must manually look through each submitted photo to determine if it's a valid profile and user - as we value quality over quantity. Our loyal members have voted not give into your demands at this time regarding taking away the verification photo process and photo from user profiles. Lastly, I have checked our support emails and in-app live agent chat messages, and have not seen one message from you as your review states. Our live-support agents offer 24 hour 7 days a week service to our users.
