I got this app to call a call center for a ticket change. The registration process is broken and wont let me through! Please refund my money back!

I made in-app purchases (one for the weekly subscription and the other for the credits). The app asked me to do a caller verification before making any calls. I followed the instructions and waited for the call to finish the verification but it never called. For me, this app is not working at all.

This is my first time using moon dialer I paid for monthly subscription and I also paid for the credits and whenever I tried to verify my phone number it kept saying tried too many times I need to wait, I waited for hours even waited a day after and it’s still saying the same thing, so basically I lost all of my money and will never get to use the app
