The advertising creates the impression that you’re getting access to some amazing internet solution, but the reality is far less impressive. All of what is provided amounts to basic information about Wi-Fi hotspots! There is nothing groundbreaking, exclusive, or worth the price they charge. Charging people $34.99 for common knowledge is ridiculous. The marketing appears designed to make customers believe they are getting much more than they actually receive. If the company clearly explained upfront what was included, I suspect many people would decide to keep their money. I know I would have! I rarely leave negative reviews, but I genuinely feel this was a waste of money. The service did not come close to meeting the expectations created by its advertising.
