## What is Wiggly Womb?

Wiggly Womb: Contraction Timer is a contraction tracking app with visual timelines, customizable alert patterns (i.e. 5-1-1, 4-1-1, etc.), and personalization options like favorite colors and hypnobirthing baby name affirmations. Track contractions with start/stop timing, monitor duration and intervals, and get alerts when it's time to contact your provider. All data stays on your device for privacy, and the interface is designed to be calm and supportive throughout your birth experience.

Provides clearer visual feedback across intensity levels
