When I returned to app said payment not made. Ended up using ticket office after 5th attempt. By this I mean the number of remaining tickets on a ticket pass. It was displaying that I still had 4 trips remaining, but it had run out. Nearly missed a ferry as I had about 30 secs to get another ticket. The staff weren’t v helpful in the terminal either. A simple fix that probably won’t be addressed as they just don’t care about their customers like most businesses who have a monopoly on travel. I dread to think how insecure it is with this level of sloppy product :( ### 1/5 — Truly Awful *2022-01-20, version 1.1.340* Although there are many things wrong with this app, my biggest gripe is the disappearing (or not appearing at all) season ticket QR code/ information all together. It’s really enjoyable having to trawl through emails to get the confirmation email to get on the boat. App failed to recognise I gad an id then failed to let me register. Not one has anything good to say about this excuse of an app. Because everything said about it is absolutely true. I have just wasted over two hours trying to register, only to be told, Try again later. Wight link are not skint so. Splash out on some competent coders who would never dish up this non working abomination of an app. ### 1/5 — Needs a redo REALLY BAD! *2025-06-17, version 1.3.347* One of the worst online booking and tracking apps I’ve ever used. Spent way too much time just trying to register, constantly going something went wrong….Tried to use other elements like timetable check, won’t load! Got more bugs than a bed in France and just locks up. The costs go down continuously as sailings are either late, missing, or exhortation is used to increase revenue. Why therefore does the app refused to have face recognition, but does have bugs well above acceptable. Today, I got shoved in my face “Unauthorised ….” Flash, just before it logged me in. For crying out loud, where is the software standards team and software development management- not in place here for sure, probably with the test team and the board at a spa centre. ### 1/5 — Arrg *2024-07-20, version 1.3.180* Won’t even let me register. Keeps saying email not valid. Only loaded as their website is pretty useless too! I have to swipe left several times to get to the list. You try booking a new book of multi link passes . It accepts your money and doesn’t show in your list of bookings when complete . I’ve just spent the last hour trying to make multiple multi link bookings but is so buggy I have had to give up. Examples 1 I tried to make a new booking but it keeps amending an old one 2 I put in two dates and on the return leg it gives me a different day to one I selected on the previous page 3 I just tried to logout ? Clear cache ? But when as I have forgotten password and want to reset I am told I can’t reset as I am already logged in. Given the fact that you have to login to view your boarding pass for scanning (and this is dependent on the internet connection working at the terminal AND the app functioning) wouldn’t it make more sense and enable for quicker boarding to allow the boarding passes to be added to Apple Wallet like all other main airlines/train companies do. Additionally being able to pay via  Pay would be a great option. Unfortunately this app doesn’t support either retaining my user name which as a multi pass user is a string of numbers which I can’t remember nor does it support face recognition so I also have to remember the password as well. Being a sensible user I have probably 100 different passwords for various sites so I have no chance of remembering them all.
