They were heavy, hot and itchy. I kept watching Heather’s lives and her animation and self confidence made her fun to watch. She looks so amazing in every wig. I’m 65 and thought I would look ridiculous in a wig. I finally bought one of her basics. My last four were a royal line and three lux line wigs, not to mention many basics. Her wigs are light, comfortable and look so real I have compliments all the time on my “hair”. And EVERYONE no matter how young or how old can wear Wigs for Every Woman’s wigs. You will never get better customer service than you do from the company, and they make you feel like family. I have sent multiple complaints with no response. I received a tracking that the post office never recognized. I cannot understand how this business is able to sleep at night. I later learn that these are all Bella wigs that are much cheaper online. I am reaching out for legal help for my $500 please beware. ### 1/5 — beautiful wigs terrible customer service *2023-08-30* after watching lives for months i took the plunge and ordered my first wig. it was beautiful. no where in any of the lives did it say it would only last 2-3 months. after following all care intructions i ordered 2 more. the order and delivery was a nightmare. i had to follow up and follow up. i had concerns and question about care and contacted customer service M ANY times. each time asked for more info and then photos and promised a phone call. it never happened. a MONTH later i received a snarky email asking basically what did i expect? and i had them too long to return. my questions were not answered. after spending $1000 in product customer service recommended I PAY for a consult to answer care and product questions. be sure you are confident with your purchasing as there is no after purchase service. ### 1/5 — Missing item not resolved *2022-02-09* I received my order 10 days ago and one of my items was missing. The only way to reach “customer service” is by email. Then wait 3 days for a reply, which basically tells you they are waiting for an answer from a team member. Still no resolution at all after 10 days. How hard is it to correct a missing item?? I even sent a video of myself opening my package since I had read a review that they are notorious for missing items and horrible customer service. Shame on me for giving them the benefit of the doubt. The owner hides behind a horrible customer service system and takes no accountability. She says not to shop with her if you’re not happy. I won’t, but that doesn’t fix the fact that not fulfilling a paid order is stealing. I found another company that sells the same wigs and products so I will be taking my business there. Sooner or later this terrible customer treatment will catch up with Heather Dye wigs/Wigs for Every Woman. ### 1/5 — Good product, bad survive *2021-02-19* My first order was great so I made a second. My order sat in processing for 2 weeks. When I reached out to customer service I was told it would be shipped the next day. After 4 days my order still had not been shipped. I had planned on wearing this wig to my brothers wedding. I’m currently going through chemotherapy and lost all my hair. So it meant a lot to try to feel my best for this event. I had placed the order nearly a month before the wedding and even paid the extra for shipping. I reached out after waiting 2 weeks and was told it would be sent 2 day air. Never received my order. I got the run around from UPS and was told it’s not their problem and to contact the sender. I was ignored and only when I said I would make complaint with the BBB did I get a nasty response. This isn’t a good way to keep customers coming back. The so call “customer service” person has an attitude and made me feel like it’s my fault they screwed up. Why wasn’t the order shipped in a timely manner? Why did I have to ask for my order to be shipped? I’m still going to file a complaint with the BBB. I’m sure if I got the wig and they didn’t get my money they’d be pretty upset. I am so thankful for this community who encourages and empowers and inspires other ladies. I have enjoyed everything I have purchased through the few years I have been an active customer. Heather delivers the best of the best products to the public at reasonable prices. These are high quality, luxury wigs with beautiful styles and colors. Libby .She travelled around The world with Connie Francis. The falls were a pain in the butt if . I put them on myself.Libby did a fabulous job …..I found out how wrong I was in today’s wigs. One day I found Wigsforeverywoman. My hair is long but with meds over being misdiagnosed by m Doctor my hair started thinning also falling out. Now I am Diagnosed with AFIB .They kept me in hospital and couldn’t get my heart to stabilize. After 5 days I was put on heavy meds for kidneys and blood thinners .I almost did not make it.I told my husband I’m going to run again .I’ll live my life. Well things started changing .I found Shannon and Heathers Live . I was so happy .I wanted to look good too.I ordered My first wig..I have never looked back. I’m running 4 miles again 5 days a week . However, when I came across Heather’s live on Facebook and then Shannon’s , I thought to myself thinking These Wigs are something special because every one was beautiful! I Ordered Clarissa in peanut butter for my first Wig and I was immediately hooked!! The Fibers, the cut, the color and everything about these wigs are beautiful! So then I ordered more and more I am now up to 15 and love each and everyone of them!!! It’s also So nice to have great customer service as they do and they pride themselves in that.
