It’s simply needed to pair iPhone and smartwatch directly (and ONLY) through the app Wiiwatch 2 and not to pair them via Bluetooth from the iPhone settings. If you already made the same mistake simply disconnect any Bluetooth devices from iPhone and smartwatch and then try to pair the watch only via the app Wiiwatch 2.
