### 5/5 — Soothing and effective

*2024-07-03, version 1.0.2*

The stories on this app aren’t the usual type of thing I’d listen to, but they def work. I like the range and general interest stuff. Like having someone read you to sleep. No ads, which is nice.

### 5/5 — Best sleep app I've tried

*2024-06-19*

WikiSleep is great. Lots of very effective sleep stories that aren't boring or typical. I love it and recọmmend it to anyone who needs a little help sleeping.

**Developer response:** Thanks, Dawn! Really happy you're enjoying it. We have a lot of new content and features coming very soon that I'm hoping you'll love.

### 5/5 — Puts me to sleep!

*2023-12-05, version 1.0.1*

I have been listening to these bedtime stories (mostly the Badass Women section). I haven’t made it to the end of any episodes yet, so it must be working! I love this app…easy to use, there are several settings with timers, single episodes or more.

### 5/5 — Absolutely love this app!

*2023-11-01, version 1.0.0*

I love using this app to wind down and help me fall asleep easier and faster. Usually my brain won’t stop thinking, but the stories in my app give me something to focus on until I drift off. Cannot recommend this enough.

### 5/5 — Great app!

*2023-10-22, version 1.0.0*

I’ve suffered from insomnia for a long time and this has definitely helped! Plus I get the added bonus of being a little more interesting with some of the knowledge. I would (and have) highly recommend.

### 5/5 — The app you’ve been searching for!

*2023-10-18, version 1.0.0*

If you’re looking for your next sleep-learning adventure - it starts right here! Grab this app up with both hands and don’t look back - and also, drift off to sleep!

### 5/5 — Fan!!

*2023-10-18, version 1.0.0*

I’m a fan of useless information - the kinda shtuff that really won’t change your life, but allows you to tell a story or making yourself seem somewhat interesting to a unsuspecting audience, like strangers at a party! Cliff Claven stories, for those old enough to remember who Cliff was, or the fact he hung out at a place where everybody knows your name!
I also love Sleep. I love it so much I do it everyday! If you like sleep, and learning useless information and hearing unusual tales that won’t make you rich, but might just make you more interesting, WikiSleep App is for you. Get into the habit of sleeping more, and for Gods sake, get some new stories to share with world, with WikiSleep. (I’m actually sleeping right now).

### 5/5 — Great Content

*2023-10-18, version 1.0.0*

Love the variety of content… good stuff lives here

### 5/5 — Wikisleep > counting sheep

*2023-10-18, version 1.0.0*

I’ve explored a ton of sleep apps and relaxation practices to help my sleep hygiene—Wikisleep is simple and effective, clever and soothing! It’s great storytelling without distracting me from the reason I’m here in the first place: to go the heck to sleep.

### 5/5 — Worth a listen

*2023-10-17, version 1.0.0*

Such a great concept, with soothing voices and subject matter to lull me to sleep.

### 5/5 — Medicine

*2023-10-17, version 1.0.0*

I’ve had a few sleepless nights (lost count)
Wiki sleep and Adrien’s soothing sounds have helped me through it , and I’ve learned some very cool stuff at the same time!
Thanks !
And keep
Em coming 😴😴😴

### 5/5 — Relaxing narration

*2023-10-17, version 1.0.0*

I find the narrators voices really soothing and the topics interesting. I actually listen to most of the podcast, then I nod off to sleep.

### 5/5 — Sleep Game Changer!

*2023-10-17, version 1.0.0*

### 5/5 — Best bedtime stories app!

*2023-10-17, version 1.0.0*

Get this app If you struggle to calm your busy mind and have trouble to fall sleep. Lots of stories to choose from! The hosts are great, with a soothing, calm voice. You’ll fall asleep in no time! Love this app cause is not the usual bedtime guided meditations (which I am not into during bedtime, not my thing) - just stories I actually enjoy listening.

### 5/5 — The best sleep app!

*2023-10-17, version 1.0.0*

The best sleep app ever! Interesting stories told in such a calm and soothing way, you’ll drift right off 😴 I do!

### 2/5 — It’s…Meh

*2026-03-10*

I had high hopes for this app based on what I read online. So many of the stories, though, mention death or other dark content. It’s not conducive to good sleep, at least not for me.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your review. While we do our best to keep the content engaging enough to hold your focus so you can quiet mental the noise keeping you awake, we realize WikiSleep isn't to everyone's taste.

And, with a large amount of our stories being biographies of famous people throughout history, it is unavoidable that there will be some aspects that certain users don't enjoy.

That said, we do have a lot of content that is brighter and more playful. I would suggest the History of Dogs or Honey Bees. Or maybe one of our breathwork episodes.

We're a very small operation but we take our work seriously. So if you have ideas of what you might like to hear, feel free to reach out. And, if you happen to reconsider the rating, we'd certainly appreciate it.

Sincerely,

Adrien

### 4/5 — Lisa

*2025-02-28*

WikiSleep is a new addition to my collection. Good sound sleep is precious to me. I have only previewed some of the stories and I am very interested in enjoying them further before bedtime. After a period of time I will leave a more detailed and likely awesome review. High Hopes, Lisa V.

**Developer response:** Glad you're enjoying Lisa. Hope the stories are continuing to help you get better sleep. We're releasing an update soon that will have even more cool tools to support your sleep—and more stories, of course.

Thanks again for your review.

Cheers,

Adrien

### 5/5 — Still Loving It

*2026-06-29, version 2.0.5*

I’ve been using this app every night for two years and I absolutely love it. Best sleeps I’ve ever had.

### 5/5 — Only app you’ll ever need

*2026-06-29*

My bad habit of thinking & planning & creating all night keeps me awake. I’ve literally tried every other app out there to help but they failed miserably. Wiki is the most effective, tons of options, calming voices or sound tracks & the fastest & kindest response when I had iPhone issues. Audio is great quality & soothing voices & great controls for fading out or playing all night.
Thank you for the ZZZZZ’s Wiki!

### 5/5 — Great Sleep App!

*2026-06-22, version 2.0.4*

Very pleased with the content and found the stories helpful and relaxing

### 5/5 — Finally sleeping

*2026-06-19, version 2.0.4*

Only recently in my life have I been really struggling to sleep. It’s affecting my relationships, my work, pretty much all aspects of my well being. I tried everything but nothing worked until I found this gem of an app. Literally I put in on and I’m KO’d. How can something so simple work so well?

### 5/5 — Saved my life

*2026-06-16, version 2.0.4*

Honestly was really sceptical of another app to help me sleep. WikiSleep was a really refreshing balance between the excitement of learning something new and knocking myself out to bed. Looking forward to the future of WikiSleep.

### 5/5 — PLOT TWIST!

*2026-03-23, version 1.3.11*

So plot twist! I sleep like a baby so I was thinking I would get this for my girlfriend. Turns out I’m obsessed with it as well as her.

My go to is putting on a crime doc or some history video because I don’t have to watch it. But that gets me thinking too much.

This is great! Ripped the Jerry Garcia last night

Love this app!

### 5/5 — A must for sleep

*2026-01-06, version 1.3.7*

For a racing mind like me, this app has been a breath of fresh air

### 5/5 — This is the best sleep app

*2025-10-25, version 1.2.9*

What an app! The stories are so well done and perfect that I wish I could finish them… but I can’t. I fall asleep before I can get through it. If you are looking for a sleep app, this is the one for you.

## Most praised reviews (2 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — A knockout App

*2025-09-01*

This is a great app for those of us who need a little distraction to fall asleep. It unwinds from the day’s activity to help relax and decompress. It’s also great to listen if one wakes up in the middle of the night and has trouble returning to sleep. The topics are varied and numerous. I don’t believe I’ve ever made it through an entire 20-30 minute reading without falling asleep. One exception, story about the Museum of Bad Art ( it actually exists) which was hilarious and I finally fell asleep laughing.
Sleep tight!

**Developer response:** Love this review... thank you! A knockout app is a great endorsement. Not only is it a fun description of the app—it also describes what we do. So glad you enjoyed the MOMA episode. That's one of my faves too.

Cheers,

Adrien

### 5/5 — I do not leave reviews

*2025-08-21*

But I have to, because this app is EVERYTHING. I’ve struggled with insomnia for years, and having these stories to look forward to every night has been a game changer. The variety of content is impressive, not just for the sake of variety, but because it is literally ALL interesting. Did you know you wanted to learn about the history of lobotomies? Because I didn’t, but boy is it fascinating. Mr. Sala doesn’t underestimate the intelligence of his audience; you will not find anything boring or corny in this app. And what’s especially amazing is I never fail to fall asleep, no matter how interesting the content is. If you love effortless learning and stories off the beaten track, this app is for you. Download immediately.

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for this. Really excited to hear that you are loving the app and that it's helping you get better sleep. We're releasing an update in the coming weeks that will have even more tools to help you sleep—including more stories.

Thanks again for your review. It's very much appreciated.

Cheers,

Adrien
