The events section is really awesome in regards to keeping track of everything. I haven’t tried the QR code to check in guests but I will try it this week. The one thing extra I wish this app did do was allow me to send emails to members. That would make it perfect. ### 5/5 — Excellent tool *2019-01-06* I’ve been using this app for a few months now. We use it at our monthly club meetings. I have signed up new members, updated member contact details, searched the member list to confirm membership status and processed renewal credit card payments. All right on my phone. No laptop, no web browser. It’s fast and easy which is exactly what we needed. For onsite club member management, this app works great. I haven’t experienced any crashes or timeouts on my iPhone 7. ### 5/5 — Great app *2017-09-19* WA is a strong product, and having the app is super convenient for checking people in to events. It's nice to be able to access Contacts and event information on the fly. I would love to be able to draft emails from the app. I hope that's on the table for an upcoming version. Thanks again for putting together this app. UPDATE---- As I've worked more with this app, I find more and more that I would really appreciate being able to create, edit and send emails from the app. That would be my number one request. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback! It's really quick and it's really well formatted. ### 3/5 — Needs payment feature. *2015-08-20* Good for checking in contacts at an event. Needs the the ability to take payments at events as well. The system is very very "laggy". Wish it included the ability to charge credit cards natively. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Error occurred / please try again *2026-03-27* The app is basically non-functional and doesn’t seem to have been updated in years. Trying to check registrations for an event this evening and when I click on the registrants tab, it just says “Error occurred. Please try again.” No information on the issue, no workaround, no way to check people into my event or see who is registered via the app. I have also submitted basic feature requests in the past and it seems to be a very stale app with no new features over the past several months. **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback! The app would constantly give errors and/or crash. ### 1/5 — Doesnt work *2018-07-05, version 3.1.1* Tap to open and it crashes, wont open ### 1/5 — Disappointment *2016-05-11* I am disappointed with the lethargy and the limitations of this app. WA is a very good program for my organization when used on a PC, however this app doesn't make the cut. The process to modify a Contact or Member is painfully tedious because response to input is worse than watching paint dry. I'll not be using it on my iPad Mini unless there is significant improvement of response. My predefined Searches are useless because the 'results' show ONLY the Contact/Member that qualify for the Search; no other information displays. Very Disappointed! ### 1/5 — Not usable *2014-10-05* Just about every function gives an unexpected error. You have to wonder why they put something out that doesn't work at all. Setting up the site for the club has been a real struggle for us not IT experienced administrators. Once we get it, the results are great.
