The game constantly lags and there are A LOT of bugs that result in many of the neat features in the game to not work at all. Players, including myself, have sent complaints to the developers and they pretty much ignore you. I’m about ready to quit soon, and I have spent real money off and on. ### 2/5 — Needs work *2021-08-24, version 1.5.12* The game itself is fun, and I have enjoyed playing it for almost a year now. Lately, however, numerous gameplay issues are showing up and not being addressed. I have turned in numerous “trouble tickets “ to customer support, and their reply is “we are working on it,” but months later, nothing is fixed. I am beginning to suspect the developers have abandoned the game. At this time, I do not recommend this game, and I certainly wouldn’t spend real money on it. A few nights ago, there was a glitch after an update and the game didn’t work for 12 hours, then when I did get back on, I lost many of my upgrades and strength. The game is functioning at about 75%: I contacted the developers 2 days ago and only got back generic responses. I enjoyed the game when it worked but I feel cheated after putting money in the game only to see the game not function correctly. Customer Service is usually a waste of your time giving “canned answers.” So many things still do not work...block button, copy button, report button. Only way for you to advance is to spend money and then if they screw up, all sales are final and you can’t get your money back. Nothing to see here, find a different game. ### 1/5 — Avoid this game. Money pit. *2020-12-08, version 1.5.3* All they care about is your money. Win something? Too bad it’s a glitch and they take it back. The devs answer complaints withe premade responses. Report button doesn’t work. Copy button doesn’t work. Block button doesn’t work. ‘Prizes’ are mediocre. A level 30 can’t get orange level 30 gear but there are plenty of smaller players with all the gear who ‘won’ it. Constant predatory ads that pop up in the middle of a battle. Very hard to advance even if you throw a ton of money at it. It is a waste of time and money. There are many who buy so the chance for game growth is very small. Constant excuses from developers, always asking for more time. There are large problems and events that are broken and have been for literally months and they are making no effort to repair. They don’t even send out mail to let you know what’s going on nor do they send out compensation for the massive amounts of loss that we have taken due to the broken events. Also this game is highly geared to making you spend money, example a while back they added new better hero’s to the game however there is no way you can earn shards at all, the only way to get them is $250 per hero! The Alliance store has been broken for over a month now and that hasn’t been repaired. Many people have quit the game so the States are dying and for those trying to hold on your playing in a ghost State. Once you level up to get past the start point, you get spammed attacked by this major account players. You end up restarted again, again. Not much of a war game, but pay or take the time to build just to be spammed attacked by way larger players that you can never reach their level. Much of a scam game.
