The app often freezes during “Promotional Zone” events and doesn’t compute results correctly. I’ve already lost $1.5 million trying to reach the promotional zone without success. 1/1/24 Won 43,500, but it wasn’t added — still stuck at 352,000. ⸻ Overall, this app has been inconsistent, unreliable, and extremely tight.
