I'm just not getting the resources you need for expanding the warehouse or upgrading the other main buildings. We hope the frontier still has a few pleasant surprises waiting for you! ### 4/5 — Unexpected development. *2026-07-08* I genuinely wasn’t expecting you to take my concerns into account with unsellable upgrade materials. I don’t know if it was a coding error or not, but the fact that you actually went out of your way to fix this major issue has put you back in my good books & you are re-invited to my birthday party. My other 2 issues can be forgotten because this was an absolute win on your part & the game is enjoyable again & I would now be willing to spend a little money on you. I know I’m asking a lot now but this would secure that 5th & final star for a flawless rating… I didn’t notice it at first & didn’t think it would be much of a problem till just recently but the decorations… Is there any possible way you could increase the coverage by x1 tile at all because that x2 tile coverage is just not sufficient enough, especially with bigger decorations that take up more space. The free 7-day login Ferris Wheel for example, that thing is a 2x3 tile placement as it is which is a substantial amount for such meagre returns in decoration coverage. I have tried selling other items so I can send off boats, and trying to upgrade buildings but all that requires warehouse space so around and around it goes with zero progress. Loved this game so much at the start but I may just uninstall it. Would be much better if you could increase your warehouse with game money you have already earned instead of losing players!!! ### 3/5 — Lager *2026-07-04* Mir macht das Spiel viel Spaß. Bin durch Zufall drauf gestoßen. Nun habe ich allerdings im Lager Dinge zur Erweiterung des Lagers und des Gebietes, die ich weder nutzen noch verkaufen kann und habe dadurch 24 weniger Lagerplätze. Das nervt etwas. The only thing I disagree with is the fact that you cannot earn more money to build your city. Trying to get enough coins to expand your city with. I have 45 storage spaces, but 43 are already taken by items needed for upgrades such as city hall, exchange house, land expansion. I’m left with only 2 spaces to actually play. And I need 17 parts alone for a potential warehouse upgrade. This means I’m forced to hoard upgrade materials instead of enjoying the game. The game has potential, but the storage limits are making progression frustrating rather than fun. ### 1/5 — CASH GRAB SUPREME! *2026-08-14* Not since the days of Mobile Strike have I ever seen a mobile game go after you right out of the gate to take your money. It is literally like walking into a casino in Vegas with all the pretty slot machines trying to tempt you to put in your hard earned money. It is a pretty game and could be a fun game but the pursuit of your credit card is unrelenting. Also not enough storage without (you guessed it ) spending money to expand. Everything you try to do or upgrade, the game demands you spend money. Will be deleting this money grabbing game. **Developer response:** Mayor, even the richest Wild West towns need a good resource plan! A great city isn’t built with gold alone, but with smart decisions too. Just hanging on the STARTING bar when I launch the app. Bad start to a game when you can’t even start it. **Developer response:** If the game hangs on the “Starting” bar, please contact support - the mechanics will take a look and get the town gate open so you can ride in properly! ### 1/5 — Negative Profit Structure *2026-05-24* The game is great, and I spent a lot of money on it, but the developer forces you to spend real money to gain funds in game as you can’t make money off products and the businesses produce next to nothing. The products you make have a lower value than the products you combine to make it, so you end up losing money. This makes absolutely no sense other than the developers of this force you to spend real money if you want to progress. As I seen in other responses from the developer, I would call this outlaw behavior on their point. **Developer response:** “Outlaw behavior” is what happens in the saloon after midnight, when coyotes are already roaming the town streets. Progress isn’t locked behind a golden key! Purchases only speed up city building. Be patient - a town doesn’t get built at the speed of light. ### 1/5 — Errors, items not delivered *2026-03-28* In-app purchases are currently broken. I have been charged multiple times and received nothing. The app shows a verification error (“IOS_no_transaction”) and this is happening across multiple apps from the same developer. Support links in the app do not work. Do NOT spend money here until this is fixed. **Developer response:** That’s definitely not the kind of outlaw behavior we want from the store 😔🤠 Please contact us at support@redbrixwall.zendesk.com with your Player ID and purchase receipts/screenshots. The team will investigate the “IOS_no_transaction” issue and make sure missing purchases are properly compensated 🤠 ### 2/5 — Warehouse Limits Hinders Gameplay *2026-07-12* Good gameplay. Enjoy the variety of town building activities. The warehouse limitation at 40, where in I only stored 5 items, the other 35 are building plans, objects that assist you in upgrading buildings. To send boats, or plan upgrades you only have a capacity of 5 spots to tightly manage and after much persistence I was going nowhere. **Developer response:** Sounds like your warehouse has turned into a blueprint museum 📜 Sometimes building plans take up more space than the buildings themselves.
