## What is WildCard?

WildCard turns nature identification into a game. Learn to recognize species before you head outside — so when you're on the trail, your phone stays in your pocket. See a species photo and swipe to match it with the correct answer. Simple mechanics, real learning.

Seven Quiz Modes
Species Name: See the image, guess the name. The classic way to learn identification.
Reverse Image: See the name, pick the correct photo. Tests your visual memory from the opposite direction.
Habitat: Where does this species live? Learn to connect animals and plants with their environments.
Diet: What does it eat? Understand how species fit into their ecosystems.
Scientific Name: Learn the Latin names. For when you want to go deeper.
Confusion Pairs: Tell similar species apart. The real test of observation skills.
Wildcard: A random mix of all quiz types. Keeps you on your toes.

Six Categories to Explore
Birds: From common backyard visitors to woodland species
Mammals: Wildlife you might encounter in forests, fields, and neighborhoods
Trees: Learn to identify species by their leaves, bark, and overall shape
Flowers: Wildflowers, garden plants, and everything in bloom
Insects: The small creatures that are everywhere once you start looking
Reptiles: Snakes, lizards, turtles, and more

Difficulty Levels
Start with common species you probably see regularly. As you improve, unlock more challenging rounds featuring less common wildlife.

Track Your Progress
Streak bonuses reward consistent correct answers. Achievements mark milestones. Your stats persist between sessions.
