## What is WildClue?

Found droppings in the yard or tracks on a trail? Snap a photo and WildClue tells you which animal left it — with the reasoning behind every match, not a black-box guess.

WildClue is an animal scat identifier and track identifier in one. Photograph animal scat, footprints, paw prints, or other wildlife signs, add a few field clues like size and location, and get the most likely animals ranked — with the clues that support each one, plus honest alternatives when the evidence is unclear.

Standing over something you can't name? WildClue also tells you whether it's safe: clear do-not-touch and pet-safety guidance comes with every result, free, never behind a paywall.

WHY WILDCLUE
- Identify animal scat, droppings, tracks, and paw prints from a photo
- See why, not just what: matching clues and alternatives behind every ID
- Ranked candidates with honest confidence — never fake certainty
- Add clues like size, shape, and location to sharpen the match
- Safety guidance on every result — do-not-touch and pet-safety advice, always free
- History map pins every find where you scanned it
- Field guide to common North American wildlife: coyote, deer, raccoon, fox, bear, rodents and more

Great for hikers and campers reading signs on a trail, homeowners who found droppings in a yard, garage, or attic, and dog owners who want to know what's been visiting.
