I got a new iPhone 16 Pro Max the other day and now my Wildfire app won’t let me do anything. It lets me go to the login screen but none of the links or buttons on that screen are working. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app and it’s still doing the same thing. Completely unusable. If this doesn’t get fixed, I will find a new credit union. Very inconvenient.

The app is absolutely awful. Always logs me out. Not user friendly. I constantly do not have access to my account because they are working on it so the app is shut down. When you call the help line they are great, but the app itself is awful. Do not recommend.

Anytime I can’t see what’s in my account I start to get uneasy. The second you can access your money that’s when stuff gets crazy. There’s apparently an update this morning and instead of saying come back later the app just said sorry unable to process. I called and that’s how I found out there was an update going on. This is ridiculous and I would like to see my money.
