Then the forgot password screen doesn’t resolve correctly on iPhone 14. Sloppy sloppy work - thank goodness the food is good. ### 2/5 — Reward expiration is wrong *2025-04-10, version 24.18.2025011301* If a reward has an expiration date of the 10th of the month, it should still be good on the 10th of the month. If it is gone on the morning of the 10th that means expired on the 9th. They just started offering promotions but they don’t seem to work easily at the store or on the app when paying, they apply manually at the register. Also the biggest item to resolve is the ability to pay through the app with a gift card. Please make this part of the next upgrade. You can’t see the menu unless you start an order. If you don’t place the order immediately after selecting cart, the system times out and you have to start over. No notifications on order status. They say you can earn rewards, but after several orders there are none shown. We ordered 4 orders of meatballs and 3 out of the four orders were WAY overcooked. I don’t understand how one can look at those and think that they are okay to serve to someone. There is no loyalty program built in and half the time if you try to pay using the feature built in, it crashes. It’s a shame because most places reward their customers and encourage them to keep coming back.
