Something that I have wished would be fixed since the beginning is the keyboard makes typos like crazy just on this app! It’s nearly impossible to type correctly and I end up using dictation to avoid having to numerously edit the post. The specific error seems to be adding double or multiple duplicates to the last letter of each word typed. It doesn’t change when I adjust the ring volume on my phone and there aren’t any settings in the app to change it. Another issue, when logged out of app, notifications are still coming through as “unknown” by ringing once and shows missed unknown caller in call history. I have never had so much trouble taking, or making calls before, until my employers chose to run this system in our office. Calls don’t come through to me, and I don’t get alerted I have voicemails. Forwarded calls from my receptionist don’t show the caller. I make calls and the phone goes silent and I can’t hear the person on the other line. Calls come in with wrong caller ID. There is a delay and lag when I use the app through the computer. And the audio quality always sounds worse than just my regular phone. Overall a disappointment, and wouldn’t recommend to anyone Luckily my employers also saw the major flaws with this system and no longer use this in our work place. Sometimes it’ll cut a customer off multiple times, which results in us having to call back, for it to cut off again. The app almost never works for myself or colleagues. Has been plagued with a red bubble for a voice mail that does not exist. The Wildix team fixes it after weeks to have it reappear a couple of days later. Calls are often missed and dropped.
