バッジはONにしているのに、ダウンロードしてから数年1度も通知がきません。

だいぶ前から通知がこない不具合がありますが、ずっと放置されています。通知の一覧にも出てこない明らかな不具合で皆さんも書き込んでいますが、このままずっと野村不動産さんは知らぬふりでしょうか？？

**Developer response:** ご迷惑おかけしております。WillTAPサポート担当でございます。
通知に関しての全体的な障害については過去に対応を重ねており、概ね安定して送信できておりますが、一部の端末において通知が届かない現象が発生しているようです。
端末により状況も異なるため、いちど野村住まいるセンターまでご連絡いただき、状況ご確認させていただけますでしょうか。
お手数をおかけ致しますが、宜しくお願い致します。

以前は来ていた通知がここしばらく来なくなっています。
通知センターの設定もアプリの設定も変えておらず、通知オンになっていることも確認しました。
鍵の閉め忘れ通知や子どもの帰宅時の開錠通知なども来なくなったので困ります。
このために管理組合を通じてアプリの利用料を払っているのに。

そもそも鍵ロックの履歴など、自分として関係ない履歴が表示されるのも、訳わからない事態がありました。。
アプリで家をロックできるということを謳歌しているが、果たして基本機能として使えるか？と疑問に思います。
