### 3/5 — 機種変更後、通知が来なくなった

機種変更してから通知オン設定にしていても、通知が一切来なくなり、困っています。

新規iPhoneに移行する際にバックアップなどから復元させたときに通知が届かなくなる。個人設定から「端末切替」をする必要があるということだとは思うが、その端末でそのままやろうとしてもアプリがクラッシュし、再インストールしてログインし直してようやく端末切替がクラッシュせずにできた。そしてその手順でようやく通知の許可アラートが出ることからも、1アカウントのログインを複数端末でできないように(通知が受け取れるのも1台のみに)なっている模様。たぶんこれは前の住人に引き続き通知が送られないための制御かもしれないが、もう少しわかりやすくしてほしい。

再インストールしても、何をしても、iPhoneの通知設定に、アプリが表示されず、通知がきません。
施設からの連絡、宅急便の通知など、通知が来ないと困ることばかりなので、早急に改善をお願いしたいです。
