Why replace it with tiki tiki boom when it’s rubbish! I was looking for a betting site that offers Dota 2 esports betting and found out that William Hill offers it. I tried to log in and went through the verification process almost 6 times. I even received an email confirming that everything was fine and that my account was active. However, whenever I try to log in, I’m told that I need to verify my identity and address again, even though I have already submitted all the required documents multiple times. I also tried to speak to a real customer service representative, but after waiting in the queue, I mostly received automated messages telling me to send my ID and proof of address again. I tried to explain that I had already completed the verification process several times, even went through voice verification, and received confirmation that everything was fine. Still, I got no proper answer and the conversation was eventually closed. It’s honestly extremely frustrating. I have sent all my information and documents so many times, received multiple confirmations that everything was fine and that I could bet, only to find out a minute later that I need to verify everything again. 1/5 — would not recommend. Find another betting website or app. This has been a complete waste of time, and it feels like no one actually cares about you as a customer. I have been fortunate enough to go deep in their Last Man Standing comp. Although it was ultimately my skill level that progressed me, without Hills offering the free comp in the first place, it would be just like any other Bookmaker. I’ve been going to Hills for over 40 years and they are still one of the standout bookies still going in the U.K. I do however have 1 gripe and that’s their lottery odds in comparison to other Bookmakers. Bet 365 pay 700/1 for 3 correct numbers on the 49’s. Hills were just 400/1. That’s a massive difference. The Irish odds are pretty bad as well. I actually get 800/1 on the Irish via Corals and ok I need to place the bet inside a bookmaker to get the 800/1 but it’s still massive difference in returns if you won.
