When I click nothing works , when I type in my password it doesn’t light up blue to click log in . So I have to delete it and redownload it to get it to work . It’s such a pain !!! I’ve even set up Face ID and if the app isn’t working that won’t either . Plus every time I delete it I have to re click Face ID again because it doesn’t save . It’s better then calling , going to my bank or waiting for my monthly statement . ### 4/5 — Customer Service: *2022-01-04* I have the same inability and cannot download the new app or the old version, thus eliminating customers with older phones (mine is an I phone 6) from this service. The App won’t work without it. But it says you can download the older version to use it. That works with other apps. Penn app doesn’t. It says that there is an update available please get it. Put that in FAQ ### 1/5 — Embarrassingly bad *2017-03-09* William Penn is a great little bank located in Bucks County, Eastern PA. It's an old fashion bank with old-fashioned values. They also seem to have old-fashioned capabilities want to comes to getting their Internet working. I just spent 54 minutes on the phone with them trying to get this app to work on their system. No luck!
