It is a great one stop shop for all things Williams and honestly as a newcomer to f1, knowing a team is competent with their socials drew me in to Williams as my team. As silly as the badges are when you think of it, it adds such a fun collectible side to the sport. One recent gripe has been the removal of the games section of the app. Again while silly, I had a blast playing those when bored to try and beat the record. Please bring those back. Also the in App Shop is so well integrated, I usually hate shops in apps because they feel clunky or an afterthought but this one integrates seamlessly. ### 2/5 — Sign in after every update. Please fix this it’s beyond annoying. ### 2/5 — Why break what worked? *2026-01-05, version 13.0.4* The app used to be simple and easy to use but since the logo refresh the whole UX and UI got an overhaul that made it load slower and completely freeze more often. The only gripe I do have is that o cannot see me to complete the garage and get my badge. No idea what’s missing but I found everything, tapped everything, watched everything. Biggest annoyance is that it is basically all or nothing with notifications. BUT, it keeps logging me out and prompting a password instead of Face ID. I can’t be bothered guessing my password, so I leave it some race weekends. I also left it over a 3 week break, came back and by the time I logged back in it had reset my account and I lost all previous badges!? Like I say, it’s almost there, but they NEED to figure out these bugs. I can guarantee if they access the statistics on people accessing the app, it will drop off after the first 6-8 weeks because it keeps logging people out. Everyone I talk to has the same issue. ### 4/5 — Good work in progress *2025-06-29, version 12.15.1* Generally the app is well thought out but finding the race prediction is often pot luck.. some weeks it’s right at the front and others it’s invisible. The store is good and I’ve purchased a fair bit from it ( where are the joggers?) Love the diver card and it’s great it’s getting Williams fans more engaged and improving all the time, just like the team. Disappointed! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Why so many notifications ? *2026-05-30, version 13.0.54* This app is a headache, I don’t understand how an app that’s not a social media platform have the same amount of notifications coming to my phone than an instagram, it’s so overwhelming the amount of unnecessary notifications sent for an app not designed for social media interactions, I never had an app that got to this point. Temu alibaba send some as well but not on the same level as this app. Please review the notifications sent to your users, there’s so many unnecessary notifications instead of only actual important ones. It bounces back & forwards between Williams online and the app - it’s clunky to use and you cannot easily see the details of your profile eg your password. To add insult to injury you have to request to delete it - the control is not in your hands. Collecting “badges” and customizing your own card is fun to do, but the overall app is a pain. The “slideshow” at the top of the app scrolls automatically and does not allow the user to manually scroll. If you miss a slide that you found interesting at a glance, you have to wait for it to cycle through all of the slides again. This app feels more like a marketing ploy by kraken to quietly push crypto and “web3” than it does a “fan experience” or even a place for fans to celebrate the rich history of Williams.
