Would appreciate assistance. ### 1/5 — Bluetooth issue *2025-10-28, version 1.3.5* My keyboard is connected to my phone just fine, however it says it isn’t connected in the app, and nothing I do will change that and it won’t let me access the “piano home screen” because it thinks my piano isn’t connected. This might be a personal problem but I don’t have a compatible usb cable for my keyboard to try that option and the Bluetooth isn’t working so I am very disappointed. ### 1/5 — Bluetooth Not Detected *2025-10-28, version 1.3.5* After upgrading the app to this version in June I have not been able to connet my Allegro III. I’ve had no issue for the past 3 years up until recently, and it now renders the app as useless. A few months ago OTP, I was told it would be resolved soon and that it was an internal issue, I guess not! Every time I’d play the piano I’d immediately pull this app up and connect. For months now, the app does not recognize my piano. The same thing seems to be happening to other users. The Bluetooth connection option fails every time.. even after deleting the app and redownloading it. Very annoying. I LOVE it when it works, but unfortunately your app does not. Please fix this issue. ### 1/5 — Further Issues With Recent “Update” *2025-08-28, version 1.3.5* The last update has caused the app to not recognize that Bluetooth is connected, therefore you cannot utilize any piano specific modulations nor any other similar functions. Everything’s enabled, uninstalled/reinstalled the app, piano hard reset - it’s not user error. Please fix this ASAP. ### 1/5 — Stop making changes. App was fine *2025-08-25, version 1.3.5* Used to find this app extremely helpful and loved that there was a setting to make the sustain pedal work with the organ setting. After the most recent update, that option is no longer there so there's no way to get the organ setting to hold out notes. The bluetooth is also so glitchy now. Now, the new look is abysmal, low quality, and there are misspelled words in there, sprinkled around the app. The promotional images on this page looked promising, but when I went to check it, it looked like the Samsung/Android version. The app cover also looks poorly drawn. ### 5/5 — Really great app! *2025-01-21, version 1.3.4* I'm not sure why there are so many terrible reviews about this app. It's a great app overall! Some people may be confused on certain things like how to pair bluetooth to your piano. The solution to that is making sure you have bluetooth on, and then go to the app and select your keyboard to pair it to bluetooth, but make sure your keyboard is powered on first. I like the fact that the app let's you tune your piano and it also has different beats you can play. I am a completely blind musician, and this is the first accessible music app I have ever run across! Very very well done Williams! I use the talking voiceover program for iOS, and it works beautifully! Come on you guys, why all the bad ratings? If I can use it, everybody else can. I love the fact that you can adjust the tremolo speed on the electric pianos, as well as the depth/intensity of each of the parameters. Again, well done Williams. You can Count on me to be a loyal customer and product buyer forever. Every other keyboard that I have worked with, has some sort of an accessibility feature for the visually impaired. Every single aspect of the Williams piano line is fantastic. I can feel the buttons, they’re very secure and asshuring, and there’s no wiggling or clumsiness to the buttons or keys. Primarily my piano will connect but the app won’t recognize that it is connected and allow me to do anything with it. It just behaves as if it’s waiting to connect when it’s definitely connected. IF I am able to get it to function I love it! Only reason I haven’t deleted it yet. For example if I start with one instrument, “instrument A” for example and set the Depth and/or Speed to a high level in Mod FX, then change the instrument to “instrument B”, when I come back to “Instrument A” the Mod FX have strangely been reset to low depth and low speed.
