However, after using the app and collecting a number of recipes in the app in the Recipe Box my complaint is this. If I am having to pay a yearly fee with new recipes being added, I want the capability to collect more than 30 recipes per folder. And I would like the ability to be able to have more than the “allotted “ number of folders. I’m early on in the registry process but about the only thing they can do is send gifts. It’s like a glorified wishlist. I haven’t received any notes from loved ones, thought I signed up for notifications I’ve received none. There are multitude of errors on the registry (ex: error duplicate products showing on the registry as unavailable) that NO customer service rep can help with. Better yet, an online customer service rep couldn’t even FIND my registry which I was flabbergasted by. Having worked in customer service, run a bridal registry department, worked in luxury ecommerce I am absolutely significantly underwhelmed with this process. Repeated attempts only indicate that I’ll receive an email once the deletion is complete. It, of course, is never complete. This is unconscionable. This is a simple action to take, but one that they apparently are refusing to do. So I’ve taken two small steps to strip them of their power over my data. 1.) I anonymized my personal data. 2.) Now I go there to admire and shop or peruse online. Everyone at our shop is so friendly and helpful. It’s one of my happy places! I have to mention NYC shop’s wall of colorful KitchenAids; it’s a thing of beauty!!
