The Autoflow+ constantly disconnects, and it is virtually impossible to push a firmware update to the device. I’ve spent hours connecting and reconnecting, I split a 2.4GHz WiFi band just for the brush to connect to, everything I can think of. I wanted to flash the 1.4 firmware update they released for the alert of keeping the brush level for proper brushing. It’s either a horrible, cheap, WiFi chip in the device itself or some awful handshake issues on the app or a combination of both. I do not recommend fooling with it at all. Disappointing app integration for a near $200 product with proprietary consumables.

This app is absolutely horrible. The brush constantly disconnects, the timer makes brushing frustrating as it will even disconnect mid brush. The tracking feature doesn’t work (my son has brushed 4 times and it still shows as 1, so he can’t level up). The brush may be good, but there is NO WAY these 5 star reviews are real. Willo, do better.
