### 2/5 — never connects

*2026-07-21, version 4.3.6*

can literally only use the app for how many minutes i’ve been pumping for. the app never connects to the pumps to keep track of how much i am pumping and the app continuously disconnects from the pumps. barely use the app. tried fixing the issue multiple times across multiple days so i don’t really use it

### 2/5 — This app sucks

*2026-07-16, version 4.3.6*

Sucks

### 3/5 — Meh

*2026-06-20, version 4.3.4*

I wish the app worked but a majority of the time it’s attempting to connect to my pumps. It’s nice when it works and you can adjust the settings of the pumps from the app.

### 3/5 — Poor App

*2026-05-29, version 4.3.4*

The app really only works part of the time. It recently kicked out all my historic pump data and won’t log any of my sessions into the session history. My Willow 360s also take forever to connect. I am going to try resetting everything a third time, but I wish at the price point of this pump that the app worked without issues. Please invest more into making an app that consistently works. The idea is amazing, but poorly executed.

### 2/5 — Unable to link them on app through Bluetooth.

*2026-03-22, version 4.3.2*

Yesterday accidentally I deleted this app and then downloaded it back when am trying to reconnect am unable to do it I tried all the ways but no use. This app have lot of issues but this one is the worst I ever experienced. Hopefully thinking the bug gets fixed sooner.

### 4/5 — Great pump

*2026-03-14, version 4.3.2*

Love my Willow pump and app easy to use. The feature of tracking your freezer stash is nice, but needs to have the option to add bags that are not necessarily Willow branded

### 4/5 — Great App, Apple Watch doesn’t sync

*2026-03-13, version 4.3.2*

It’s a great app overall, but I wish it would work Apple Watch (never once synced). Not sure what’s up with that. Sometimes I have to restart the app to get it to sync to the current pumping session. It’s otherwise a great and handy app!

### 2/5 — Bad connection

*2026-03-09, version 4.3.1*

Wish the app connected to the pump as quickly as it pops up ads for a products I already own.

### 3/5 — App needs work

*2026-03-04, version 4.3.1*

I got the Willow go and really like the pump however the app needs work. A lot of times the app doesn’t connect and the sessions don’t record which is very annoying if you’re trying to keep track of your daily output. I would really like to see an update to fix these bugs.

### 4/5 — Great pump

*2026-02-20, version 4.3.1*

I really love this pump. I have tried many and this is by far my favorite. It’s great for women with elastic nipples. I also really love the app it takes the guess work out of figuring out how many ounces you’ve pumped in a day, for how long and how many times you’ve actually pumped.

Update. So while I still do love the pump the app not so much. So with the pump I had to buy 27mm flanges the don’t stay flush on the units unless they’re in my bra. As o they’re fine. But the app delete my info. I’m so annoyed because that’s how I keep track of my progress. I don’t know if the app is glitching but there’s a lag and all my info is gone

### 3/5 — Love/Hate relationship

*2026-02-19, version 4.3.1*

I absolutely love my pump but the app not so much. A lot of the times it doesn’t record my pump sessions and it has a hard time connecting to my pumps to tell me how much time I have left.

### 2/5 — App

*2026-01-05, version 4.2.2*

Idk why but my pumps only work when the app is working and even if it is or isn’t my pumps only go the suction 3 no higher than that .

### 2/5 — Pop up ads - not a thoughtful experience

*2025-11-04, version 4.1.10*

I use my Willow Go pumps during my busy workday, pumping during and in between meetings. Paying premium prices for Willow is incongruent with the ugly ads showing up (with increased frequency) when I start up my app. I don’t care about the 50% off products - I want to get to pumping, and any friction experienced in the app is a bad experience.

### 2/5 — Angry Breastfeeding

*2025-09-27, version 4.1.9*

If you like being extremely frustrated while trying to figure out breastfeeding, this app may be for you. This was for the Willow 3.0, not sure if it’s this awful for their other products. The app itself seemed promising, just definitely has some issues.

It would sometimes take up to ten minutes for ONE pump to be correctly closed/sealed, etc. and begin using. Then I would need to do the other side.

The lag time for the individual pumps to connect the app was also not great. This entire process would take me almost an hour sometimes and it was really just making me crazy.

I ended up switching to a Spectra pump after using this product for a couple of weeks because using it was so frustrating, and I’m so glad I did, as it was going to derail my entire breastfeeding/pumping journey. The spectra came at a great time because one of the Willow pumps also popped some kind of screw on the inside and stopped working.

### 2/5 — Poor App

*2025-09-27, version 4.1.9*

As much as I love these pumps, it’s such a shame the app isn’t developed well. Connection is constantly lagging. The customized pumping preferences are a joke. Why have the option to set “saved suction strength” if every time I pump I have to adjust to desired pumping strength? Please fix this! Thanks

### 3/5 — Update needed?

*2025-09-21, version 4.1.8*

Love the pump but the app doesn’t record all my times. Which is annoying when I need to know the exact time

### 2/5 — It’s ok

*2025-09-09, version 4.1.8*

It doesn’t record how much I pump in a day. No matter how many times I reset my willow pumps it’s doesn’t track it. It will tell me how much output I have while pumping but not total. Other than that it has great resources inside and relatively easy to navigate.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Where is Willow 3.0

*2026-07-06, version 4.3.6*

why did we remove Willow 3.0 pairing capability from the app? I can no longer track my perfectly good Willow 3.0 pumping sessions and that was my favorite thing about my 3.0 versus the Go that it measured for you. I don’t need the 360 when the 3.0 is fine so unless you want to update my pump for free please allow 3.0 users to track their sessions

### 1/5 — Will not pair

*2026-06-18, version 4.3.4*

Unable to pair with the pumps. The pair request pops up, but then says unable to pair. Followed the troubleshooting steps multiple times to no avail.

### 1/5 — Pump keeps breaking

*2026-05-29, version 4.3.4*

My pump keeps breaking. I’ve had to replace it multiple times and customer support takes a long time. I’ve used Medela before , and never had these issues. They really don’t understand that a mom who pumps full time cannot go without a working pump even a day. It will take them up 2 -3 weeks to replace a broken pump.

### 1/5 — Disappointing

*2026-05-17, version 4.3.4*

Pump is good. Customer service is the WORST

### 1/5 — Very glitchy

*2026-05-08, version 4.3.4*

Terrible app. Difficulty pairing Bluetooth, doesn’t always log sessions, shuts off pumping session prematurely. It can be frustrating to use when waking up for nighttime pumping. It’s very slow at times.

### 1/5 — What’s the Point?

*2025-12-10, version 4.2.1*

There’s no way to pause so I can readjust my pump. I tried to adjust the timer to 20 min and it won’t automatically shut it off so I have to set a separate timer outside of the app. It constantly disconnects.. I just had an all-around horrible time with this pump and app and I was expecting better since it was so expensive.

### 1/5 — Super glitchy

*2025-10-31, version 4.1.10*

App is really glitchy. Takes pumps forever to sync and when they do it doesn’t always work. I’ll type in my quantities for the day and sometimes it doesn’t even save, then I can’t remember what I had entered before so I lose my data. The whole app just throws ads at you to buy willow products which I wouldn’t mind if the app actually worked well.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t connect to the pumps

*2025-09-23, version 4.1.8*

This is a joke!

### 1/5 — Terrible latency

*2025-08-31, version 4.1.8*

Willow has a long way to go until this app provides a seamless pumping experience. There is severe latency between connecting the Willow Go with the app via Bluetooth. Pumping sessions go unlogged and it takes minutes to wait for the app to load. Once the devices are connected, the other tabs don’t even load with your session. As a new and very busy working mom - it’s just disappointing. The Willow Go is expensive enough to make this type of app support unacceptable.

### 1/5 — Do not waste your money on this pump

*2025-08-28, version 4.1.8*

The pumps have a steep learning curve, are expensive and customer support will not help you when there are issues.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Efficient and comfortable pump

*2026-04-18, version 4.3.3*

This pump works very well and is very user friendly. The app helps me track my output and get tips for pumping effectively. The paired app makes this pump worth the price.

### 5/5 — Great pump

*2026-02-12, version 4.3.0*

I really love this pump. I had tried many and this by far is my favorite. It’s great for women with elastic nipples. I also really love the app it takes the guess work out of figuring out how many ounces you’ve pumped in a day, for how long and how many times you’ve actually pumped.

### 5/5 — Pumping to Induce Labor

*2026-01-09, version 4.2.2*

I went back and forth for months before having my baby trying to research which would be the best pump option for me and finally landed on the wireless Willow pump. While it had been great what I did not anticipate was how much I would use it Before my baby’s arrival. I used them while bouncing on a birthing ball or walking and cooking trying to help induce labor which I did not foresee needing to do at all.
The wireless option was so perfect for that. They are easy to put in a bra (tho not discrete) and continue with life which I was very much trying to do to prep for whenever the baby did come. They have been really great since having her as well as I’m not tethered to any one place. But I didn’t see any reviews talking about pumping prior to delivery so I thought I would add my review for that perspective.

### 5/5 — Great Updates

*2025-12-22, version 4.2.2*

Willow

### 5/5 — Best pump

*2025-08-21, version 4.1.8*

It is still the best pump I’ve had. I have numerous kind and I find myself going to back to my willow 360. I’ve had it since 2019. I used it through 3 babies and it’s still working perfectly fine. It does a good job emptying my breasts.

### 5/5 — Easy to Use but TONS of Parts to Clean

*2024-12-05, version 4.1.2*

I’v used the Willow Go for seven months. It’s great to use while at work. It take more time to clean than pump for me.

### 5/5 — So far so good

*2024-07-10, version 4.0.8*

This app is nothing fancy but it syncs with my pumps easily. I like that I can see battery power within the app as there isn’t a display on the willow pump. So far no issues with it as others have complained about. It’s absolutely not necessary to have to use the Willow but it is nice to see time elapsed and battery life.

### 5/5 — Love that I can track my output!

*2024-05-08, version 4.0.4*

I have the Willow Go and appreciate that I can now track my output with the updated app. Thank you Willow!

### 5/5 — Thank you!

*2024-03-19*

Finally! An update that allows you to see your pumping history and log the volume that you pump. I am exclusively pumping and always forget the last time I pumped so this is helpful. Thank you!
