Whatever update just happened to it messed it up because it was working till I updated it now it is stuck on the start screen it don’t make is to the login in screen ### 1/5 — App not work *2024-02-24, version 5.0.3* When I attempt to log in it doesn’t give me top line access to input emp number, only the second line allows PW ### 1/5 — App never works *2024-02-06, version 5.0.2* Constantly have to delete app and reinstall in order to see anything, will not let me log in. ### 1/5 — Dr. Henry Mollman rockwood school district MO *2024-02-03, version 5.0.2* This app is absolutely worthless. I get logged out daily and once I put in my information I can’t press the login button. I keep having to delete and reinstall the app, just to get it to let me log in. ### 2/5 — This app is awful. *2024-01-18, version 5.0.1* I hate that my district uses this. First off it never keeps me logged in. Maybe two, three times in a town and then I have to log in again, and no matter what I do it won't save my info on the screen. Whatever "bug" they just fixed made it worse because now it freezes on that login screen. When the good jobs go fast, and you're spending time messing around just to log in? Infuriating. I also cannot access the app through my district's Wi-Fi. Maybe make sure all districts have the app accessible through their content filters? I can only use the website which is really hard to read on a phone because the mobile site just says to download the app. K. Also...this is a scheduling app but there's no option to integrate into my own Apple or Google calendar? Even my local yoga studio manages that. How useless. ### 2/5 — Multiple App Updates a Week? I don’t know if it’s my districts selected or the app. Really aggravated as the whole reason I applied with ESS and WillSub is for substitute teacher jobs. I love the career when I actually get jobs to work. I don’t know what’s going on but it’s not cool. Now constant technical difficulties with the app and site. Sick to death of this! I hate my schools use this app and site. Awful! ### 1/5 — No longer receiving notifications *2025-08-17, version 5.2.0* This app used to work wonderfully for me. One day it just stopped providing notifications for jobs. There are several possible reasons why you are not seeing more jobs. Please go to More > Help using the app > Jobs and read “I have no available jobs!” ### 1/5 — No ability to log in. *2024-05-01, version 5.1.1* No ability to log in to see jobs I scheduled or posted opportunities. Late in the year to have this problem ### 1/5 — OMG APP not very helpful *2024-04-05, version 5.0.4* This app will send alerts for sub postings but then when I try to open the actual app to accept the job the app sometimes doesn’t open. There for I’ve missed opportunities for accepting sub postings that work for my schedule… ### 1/5 — App froze *2024-03-11, version 5.0.4* I just did the update and now it’s stuck on WillSub. It won’t open. This update made things worse. I regret doing the update. Fix the issue please. ### 1/5 — WillSub app has issues *2024-03-07, version 5.0.4* If I could give it zero stars I would. The new “update” has caused my app to not load at all, just sit there at the loading screen showing the willSub logo and then I have to swipe it and reopen it, sometimes more than once. Please fix this!!! ### 1/5 — Can’t submit a ticket *2024-03-07* I’m NEW I cannot even get this app to load. It just stays on a white screen that says WillSub. I cannot log in at all, I cannot get to the area to create a ticket. When I was able to log in for a short time it was telling me that in PW& ID was incorrect. PLEASE FIX THIS FAST!!! 🙏🏼 ### 1/5 — Now I’m never logged in! *2024-02-29, version 5.0.3* With this newest update, now every time I open the app I’m not logged in, which means that I am not getting notifications for jobs, which means that I’m always missing out on job opportunities. It seems like with this app we take one step forward and ten steps back. I feel like the only way for me to not miss out on a job is to have the app open 24/7 and that’s not possible or practical. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Never had a problem *2025-02-05, version 5.2.0* I started using willSub last year when I started substitute teaching. I don’t understand all these bad reviews. I can quickly get into it when a job pops up, the notifications work just fine, I can easily navigate my jobs worked, how much to expect in my paycheck, and all sorts of other information. I’ve never had a problem with it. ### 5/5 — Works *2022-11-10, version 3.0.0* The new update just messed up the app big time. I lost all my information and jobs I had. the tech team had me back up and running in less than an hour though. Btw, the surest way to get a feature request on our radar is to submit a support ticket from More > Support. ### 3/5 — Okay not the best substitute teaching app *2024-03-23, version 5.0.4* Why isn’t add to calendar not an option? ### 3/5 — WILLSub Needs multiple districts access *2022-09-14, version 2.3.1* I am substituting at two different school districts that both use the WillSub app. When logged into WillSub I can’t switch to the other school district unless I log out and log back in on the other district. That takes time to do and I usually don’t get to take the job.
