Got a confirmation from Apple and my credit card company for payment and an active subscription. The newspaper publisher, Gannett, does not show an account for me. I’ve called their overseas call center three times over two weeks and every time the rep shows no record of an account, and each time blames Apple. Hyperlinks inside the app to report the problem don’t work. If they are trying to get you to stop the paper subscription with this, good luck. I was having trouble downloading an edition of the StarNews. I deleted the application and tried to redownload it. I have had this to work before. I went to the Apple Store and the application I previous had was not available. I downloaded this current application and I do not like it at all. What happened to the previous application.
