The many different sports and products this app offers is fantastic. Finding deals on the app is also another amazing feature. It’s easy to navigate and very visual which is appealing to me. I love the sportswear and ended up using the app to buy my husband a really nice polo sweater for his bday. I caught myself browsing around and watching the videos because the photography was so nice and really shows off their new products. I had no idea Wilson had such style now 😎 I’ll keep the app to search for more gifts for my fam. ### 5/5 — Scratching the surface *2023-09-08* Initially I downloaded the app the Wilson Exclusive Evo Drop but now I'm staying for everything else. Being a big tennis fan, Love that they incorporated the US Open and even signed up for the Evo Tennis Basketball drawing. Can tell they worked out some kinks but this app has so a ton of potential that I know the people at Wilson will be able to use. However, this shopping app is very clunky to use and has so many bugs!!!! Please have this redesigned with customer experience in mind, a good example for similar app out there like Nike, Adidas or Under Armour. This app adds little value but frustration to such a great brand!!!! Please fix it!!! **Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback here MiniBeast77. Two, even if you provide a number, they never send you a code. I once used this to check out drops that aren’t on the website, but now it’s completely useless. Do the developers even validate their code before breaking the app? **Developer response:** We are very sorry you experienced this issue. App locks up and won’t work. Asks for my phone number and when I enter it nothing happens. Annoying that I have to go through an app to begin with then it doesn’t even work. Please email us so we can make it right. ### 1/5 — Wilson Autograph Football *2022-12-25, version 1.8.3* I have been trying for 30 minutes now and it will not scan this NFL Cleveland Browns signature football at all. Tried all different things, will not scan. So much for Christmas present. Super disappointed. **Developer response:** We are very sorry the scan is not successful! One thing to check is to make sure when you are in the scan screen to focus your phone camera on the NFL shield logo. It may be on the back of the ball. Please also email us at wilson.live@wilson.com as we would like to make this right! ### 1/5 — Worthless app *2022-07-13, version 1.6.2* Purchased the footballs with the expectation I would be able to scan and save the ball with signatures on it. Maybe put a message saying this isn’t a feature anymore or maybe change the packaging on literally all the autograph footballs. Definitely uninstalling it. **Developer response:** We are very sorry for your poor experience and the miscommunication about the way scanning works now. We did discontinue the line where you can save the signature on the ball. We will review and update all written marketing materials to make sure this is clear, and we will connect with our product team to make sure the packaging is updated. Again, we are sorry for this confusion! ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2022-06-07, version 1.6.1* Friend who’s an NFL player signed a ball and had a message on it and it never read the ball no matter how many times I tried to scan it it’s stupid and doesn’t work **Developer response:** We are very sorry, but this is an outdated feature that no longer exists in the current app. Now you can scan any Wilson NFL, NBA, NCAA, Evolution, or Evo NXT ball to unlock the chance to win great prizes and limited edition products. In addition, we have a lot of content that does not require a scan at all. We hope you give the new version of the app a chance! ### 2/5 — App crashes just like the website *2024-06-30* I would like to better comment/ more stars in this review for the application, but it just isn't working right. I've had to start from scratch on any customization of equipment times from application crashes. Both website and phone app need work. Even after entering I continue to use the app for all things clothes, stay up to date on sports, and new drops! They do ball drops which is cool but I like how they do promos on different sport balls based on the season that’s going on. I have seen big discounts on authentic nfl, nba, and wnba balls. Lastly they do weekly contests for certain items. I say for the NBA season they were giving away an official nba ball. I entered and I actually won 2 weeks ago! Mix of content & shopping *2024-03-14* Love the Wilson Live app. As a frequent Wilson shopper and brand fan, I love that I get to connect with NEW, exclusive product via their monthly drops in here — but also get to explore so much cool, behind-the-scenes content of their product, events and professional athletes. It’s an untapped well of some of their best stuff. It’s also just such a smooth experience compared to any traditional website out there. I don’t know why everyone doesn’t have this downloaded!!!
