You couldn’t have made it less user friendly. Just spent 30 minutes trying to book a ride, in the end I gave up. The service sounds great but I guess it will fail because people don’t use it…probably due to such an awful app, a great shame.

I looked for a connect to pick me up from home in Sutton Veny , to see a note saying it was out of area. What is the point of a rural bus service which does not come to the villages?

I book a bus at a specific time. It arrives earlier than when I booked it for so I can’t make it on time. Leaves without confirming whether I can make it. At the very least it should arrive later than when I booked it so I don’t miss it.
