Voilà plus de 5 jours que mon activation est bloquée. Malgré deux tickets ouverts auprès du support technique, la situation stagne : un ticket a été partiellement traité, mais mon forfait reste totalement inutilisable. Pour ne rien arranger, le remboursement est catégoriquement refusé. I’ve activated an eSIM service and it’s been 4 days and my order in my account is still processing. I’ve asked for an escalation and for technical support to activate my sim that has no service from the provider. No one has corresponded. Only messages stating your request has been received we will address this issue as soon as possible. J’ai payé une offre et, au moment de l’activer, le QR code de mon eSIM n’apparaissait pas. Cela fait maintenant une semaine que je contacte le service client. J’ai effectué plusieurs réclamations, parfois plusieurs fois par jour, et à chaque fois on me répond que le problème sera résolu, sans qu’aucune solution concrète ne soit apportée. Un service qui fait payer ses clients mais qui n’est pas capable de fournir le service acheté ou de résoudre un problème aussi longtemps est très décevant.
