I’m new ton this app and I went into it it keeps saying something about a unknown error and blocking me from getting onto the app please fix this issue . It’s not that too much to ask .

So I tired to download this app and I get an oops it says my user ID 

DNS resolution failed for winmoney-iOS-auth-.blunts.me:443:UNKNOWN:nodename nor servname provided, or not known 

Please explain and is there anyway to fix this?????????

I just downloaded this app and when I went to open it to signup first thing pops up is an error message saying:
You user ID: DNS resolution failed for winmoney-iOS-auth.boints.me:443:UNKNOWN:nodename nor servname provided, or not known. 
I don't know what this means but I've tri d deleting and reinstalling it and I get the same error message. Don't waste your time. After reading other reviews I can see I am not the only one experiencing this issue.
