I put Mookie Betts’ swing in to actually see how accurate it was and it gave Mookie a “62” rating. He has one of the most beautiful swings in the game. I will give this 2 stars due to the Live Pitch feature being nice and working well. ### 2/5 — Bad *2026-05-27* I accidentally clicked create new account and now it is not letting me do anything ### 1/5 — Absolute scam *2025-05-08* The description said it was free and is making me pay $10 a month just for me to use swing ai. I tried for 3 months but it was unplayable and support was not helpful. The bat would not stay in place and would float all over the screen. We tried just the controller, the short bat, and the bat attachment but you could only get a couple decent swings in before the bat drifted off into space and you couldn’t do anything but quit. After several contacts with support they finally said it was a problem with the meta 3 firmware and there was no ETA and gave me a refund on my annual subscription. Too bad this didn’t work out. It seems cool when it works but it’s not worth the frustration. ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your money *2024-07-27* The app works fine. But since they don’t provide a way to review win reality on their website, I’ll do it here. You can’t calibrate your bat properly. The vr bat and the real bat are not in the same place. The relationship between the batters box and home plate is off. I stood on home plate and took a pitch. The pitch was to my right side, inside the batters box. Win reality showed it as a middle middle strike. Did this multiple times and put my hand with the controller where the ball crossed home plate as if I was going to catch the ball. It’s not accurate. Thank goodness they gave me a refund. It’s just not realistic enough. Now I know why my son struggled in his travel ball tournament last weekend at the plate. ### 1/5 — Billing issues *2024-07-22* The product itself is ok however the company is very predatory with its billing and subscription renewal by making it difficult to cancel a subscription. They will continue to bill you despite trying to get it cancelled. ### 2/5 — Just doesn’t work *2024-04-01* I stopped using WIN about a year ago because there was always some hurdle that resulted in it taking several minutes to just getting to BP. They enticed me back with the new SwingAI, so I ponied up $30 to give it a try First thing, using this iPhone app, there are glitches such that I can’t even upload a video to the swingAI. It is a poor app design. And in the Quest app, the pitchers won’t load. So I can’t do anything. I quit because of app issues, and I’m going to quit again because of app issues. Don’t waste your money. ### 1/5 — Not happy with app but the vr game is good *2024-03-03* The app is so messed up I’m so many ways. One when I signed up I can’t even access the app due to the email or password being “wrong” when I know for a fact that they aren’t. And let’s just say they were I tried to email for a password change the email never came. Also there is not way to see your email that u put in or anything. But 3 stars only because I like win reality ### 3/5 — Could be better *2024-01-04* I like that you can pitch from the app to a batter, but there really isn’t much else in the app. I would like to see more stats in the app, e.g. spray charts, launch angles, bat path, time in the zone, load timing, etc… There are only 3 stats in the app currently and they aren’t the most helpful. ### 1/5 — Useless *2023-12-30* App is way to expensive to be spending 300 a year when you could just go out and have more fun doing the real thing instead of wasting your money on this useless app. ### 3/5 — One wish.. maybe two + flaws *2023-10-27* I wish you could use TWO Quests simultaneously - Catcher / Umpire / Coach etc. the cast to phone/tv is very LATE and unusable to coach/help young players with zone/timing. I’ll resubscribe when these and more options come. Another would be to add FIELDERS !!! Anyone can HIT the ball, but can you get ON BASE ? Flaws: I have the bat attachment - bat is all over the place sometimes it’s nonexistent. I’m RIGHT on it and it doesn’t hit the ball. Says I’m EARLY - NO WAY !!! I was a .741 in HS and can’t connect 80-90% of the time and i KNOW I would be hitting it in real life. (But my 8 year son hits everything smh) At least fix the bat floating/timing/connection glitch. The video is 3 sec and it won’t upload keeps starting over. And I’m on the free trial thank God I didn’t pay. Don’t waste your time ### 1/5 — Terrible App *2026-05-23* How bad is this app/company, let me count the ways. A poorly designed user interface that is confusing and lacks basic controls, bat attachments that don’t work/start detecting movements that were never made, way overpriced, and promises of services like personalized batting analysis from a Win coach that never materialize. And when I repeatedly emailed them they finally reply and confirm that they don’t have the decency to honor their offer even when they know they made the offer to people who paid for the product. Stay away. Far away. I know the promise of VR to improve baseball is tempting but this is the not company or the app to support. ### 1/5 — Not it *2026-04-24* Normally don’t write reviews let alone bad reviews, but with this app I use the AI swing analysis and it is not a good tool to help young kids with there swing, constantly get the same results no matter how much you change your swing. My best swings are rated lower then my worst swings, would not recommend for anyone trying to fix there swing, get a coach or just record yourself instead of paying for this . ### 1/5 — I wish! *2026-04-17* I tried 5 times to upload a video or take a video and get my kid’s swing analysis, never worked so I cancelled my subscription. ### 1/5 — DO NOT GIFT!! (Unless you intend to keep paying forever) *2026-01-09, version 2025.15.2* I gifted the subscription to my nephew utilizing their gift subscription feature and gave him the gift code. This is still a recurring charge and I have been charged every year. I had to contact support to stop this. They did refund it this year, but told me it was in their terms that it would renew (the word gift is not included in T&C at all). It is understood that when you purchase an annual subscription it will renew, but this is crazy to try to sneak by customers they do this for the gift option when they have two different purchase options on the website (add to cart, and separately purchase as gift) Would never gift again. It’s fun, competitive, and incredibly effective. He’s learned so much about the mechanics of his swing and how to adjust in real time. The immersive experience has helped build his confidence at the plate, and we’ve seen real improvement in his performance. Highly recommend for any young player wanting to take their game to the next level! ### 5/5 — WIN Virtual Review *2024-02-08* I have used the virtual pitching app in WIN over the past 10 months and continue to be impressed with the app. The near real time feedback is great to provide to my daughter while she’s hitting. Another nice option is the app allows a wide area of pitches for a more realistic feel, a good pitcher generally throws a ball it two off the zone to get a batter to chase. One of the best product available outside of ProBatter or Allstar virtual pitching machines which are hard to locate at a facility and limited by schedule of facilities. ### 5/5 — Awesome father/son experience *2023-06-29* The Live Pitch feature is a blast.
