## What is Win the Week?

Win the Week is a weekly self-honesty scorecard. It measures the gap between who you said you'd be and who you actually were that day.

Each week, you pick one question that matters. Did I make her life easier today? Was I patient with my kids? Did I keep the promise I made to myself? Each day, you answer it. Win or Loss. Then you write a sentence about what actually happened. Three words minimum. Whatever you'd tell a friend over coffee. The taps are the wrapper. The notes are the substance.

Four wins clinches the week. Four losses ends it. The scorecard goes seven games, like a series.

This isn't tracking. Tracking is for activities. The honest answer is sometimes Loss, and the app refuses to make Loss feel like failure. Missed days don't break streaks because there are no streaks. Your honest weeks accumulate. Your skipped weeks step away quietly. Nothing in here builds pressure to lie about what you did.
