## What is win4youth?

The Win4Youth App supports you when participating in the Adecco Win4Youth initiative. It tracks your completed kilometres while cycling, running or walking. The completed kilometres from swimming can be up-loaded manually. It also shows Win4Youth events at your current location and up-loads yours completed kilometres automatically into the system once you are registered on the Win4Youth website on http://tracking.win4youth.com.
 
What is Win4Youth?
 
Win4Youth is a global sports initiative organised by Adecco to raise money for youth foundations while actively living Adecco's core values.
 
The programme is designed to support young people by improving their future chances of entering the job market, offering training, education and skills development. For all the kilometres covered by every colleague, associate or client, Adecco Group has committed money to selected foundations around the world.
 
All colleagues in more than 60 countries throughout Adecco are encouraged to organise their own sport events and to participate in local or national events.
Every year the Win4Youth initiative culminates with a recognised sport event where selected and trained Adecco employees will compete against other athletes.
 
Remember, every kilometre counts so please start swimming, cycling, running or walking today! Thank you for your contribution!

The app does not integrate with major trackers (Fitbit, My Fitness Pal, Garmin, etc) without going through an additional 3rd party (ie Strava).  Strava also doesn’t fully integrate with these apps (only captures GPS related activity) so users must manually log their activity, so many hours are lost/unaccounted for due to this limitation.

Not sure if anyone else is having issues but on my IPhone 8+ this app won’t stay open for longer than 5-10 seconds.
