Thank you for your comment! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Mobile service unavailable *2023-05-09* For the last 3 weeks I can not access my account on mobile application and the PC computer, I have send many emails without any answer except 1 telling me to call Piraeus Winbank, I do not read or speak Greek, I always get send on HOLD, I have WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, etc, I also tried the assistant online this AI only respond in Greek, I need to have a conversation with an English speaking human, please help, my number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, I called many times you number, got an English speaking AI female, that send me on hold each time for 15 to 20 minutes. This is the worst system I heave encountered in my life dealing witth your bank. I no longer can deal with this matter, HELP,Call me, Thank you Now 3 weeks with your PC and mobile application being temporary unavailable to sign in even I did the today update? What type of bank services do you provide? Not even an answer to my emails? Send many emails, no answers, contacted Assistant, no English language. However, I noticed that there is still some information listed in the old version that is not in the new and I find myself still going back to the old version to get it. In particular, I cannot find detailed capital controls information on the new version, which is very helpful for financial planning: the explanation of the withdrawal limit per number of weeks listed previously in a link through and information bubble, the date of the end of the current period.
