When I try to add a camera with ip it closes the app. When I do have a camera added it takes forever to connect and most time it fails. Get some better developers and build a better app.

So the computer/browser interface is awful, so I hoped this would be better. It’s not. Well it looks and runs better for me, but it does nothing to help manage the camera. It views and saves image/video data - which seems to be ok, but no settings seem to be accessible via the app. Dumb.

Camera works “ok” but the app is horrible. Doesn’t look anything like the preview shows and most features only work occasionally or not at all. Don’t waste your money and save yourself a headache.

The app is OK. The following suggestions could make it a 5 star app:

- Fix connection issues (e.g. Frequently gets stuck on the connecting screen. To fix, have to close app and re-open. Sometimes it takes 3 times +/-)
- Have the ability to view multiple cameras at once 
- Add the ability to multitask (i.e. I can’t talk/listen at the same time I am trying to change the view). 
- Not all your products are compatible with your app (e.g. WinBook T6835 only works with VSCam app)

The app is functional and has its bugs, but the bugs are minor annoyances. I hope these issues are fixed and soon because the WinBook product is very affordable. Making the app better would make it the best security camera on the market.

This app and 2 cameras are being tested for product review. So far not so good. Cameras not online a majority of the time.

Spent several hours trying to get to work. 

Setup is fine, but camera freezes after three minutes, you can see network speed fall and go to zero inside of 20 seconds. Restart app, and twenty seconds again, and you’re done. 

The old WinBook cameras are rock solid. Whatever they changed, Networking stack is tripped up I’m guessing, now this new version is inoperable. 

Same feedback from almost all users here. I think developers have to fix this issue.

The app freezes every time you open it so you have to re-open and refresh in order to live stream. If my house was getting robbed, I wouldn’t even know or miss it because the app is so slow.
