## What is WinBooks Connect?

With this WinBooks application, you will find the functionalities of WinBooks Connect in a simplified version (a collaborative platform that allows the exchange of documents between the accountancy office and its clients through a single channel):

- your 'desk' with your latest digital documents

Het uploaden van facturen ging initieel zeer handig via de ingebouwde camera functie. Helaas werkt deze niet meer en kan ik op geen enkele manier iemand contacteren om dit probleem aan te kaarten. Het zou fijn zijn moest dit probleem opgelost worden. 
Verder vind ik de app meestal wel handig voor het opslaan of terugvinden van mijn facturen.

Alhoewel de app praktisch lijkt, is de werking op iPhone niet stabiel. Opladen van facturen zou handig moeten zijn, maar blijft dikwijls rondjes draaien en de factuur laadt niet op in het programma. Ik kijk uit naar een betere versie.

C’est vraiment une catastrophe, sur iPhone impossible de charger des documents, les boutons achat vente comptable ne fonctionnent pas. 
L’optimisation est ridicule, bref le version web depuis un iPhone ou autre est identique ! 
Aucune optimisation… 
Et quand on voit les corrections des mises à jour on rigole !

Impossible d’enregistrer mes factures sans les envoyer. Quand je décide de les envoyer elles sont ensuite perdues et je ne les retrouve même plus dans les documents envoyés. Dommage que le niveau de qualité soit aussi bas, il vaudrait mieux ne même pas l’afficher dans l’app store car je perds du temps et je dois tout re-uploader depuis mon pc.

Cet app pourrait être tellement pratique mais elle n’est vraiment pas stable. Impossible d’effectuer deux opérations d’affilé, il faut toujours sortir de l’app et revenir dedans pour pouvoir commencer une autre tâche. Énormément chronophage et pas du tout professionel. En résumé, une app pratique pour encoder une facture en déplacement, mais a fuir comme la peste pour faire sa comptabilité du quadrimestre !
