## What is Wind & Sea Giglio?

Wind & Sea Giglio is the APP that brings to you the famous LAMMA weather forecasts for sea and wind Tuscan Archipelago and Giglio Island, the area of sink of Costa Concordia, with the High Resolution 5 km model (Model WW3 5km - WRF ECMWF 3km).  

The point of force is its ease of use and consultation with accurate and detailed maps, but at the same time very intuitive, thanks to the choice of the color scale made by the LaMMA consortium. 

Available models:
- Wave Height
- Wave Period
- Wind at 10m
- Wind Gust

Available seas:
- Tuscan Archipelago and Giglio Island

Plus:
- Maps animation to control evolution of forecasts of next days.
- Pinch to zoom the maps to see the details of available zones.
- On startup, displays the map at the current time.
- Full screen mode.

The forecast are updated twice a day.
