This is the best app out there for SF Bay marine weather and tide information. I’ve used it every day for a decade or so.

I’ve been using the app for years. A few days ago they changed the format, now providing completely inaccurate wind forecasts. I hope they’ll consider going back to the format they’ve used for years, including the wind forecast as well as the afternoon projections, which are always higher. Right now the app says 5-10 knots for every day, even though the NOAA site says afternoon winds exceed 20 knots every day in the afternoons. This could become a safely issue if people used to the app aren’t aware strong afternoon winds are predicted.

And I have a lot of very fancy apps with very fancy graphs and very fancy bells and whistles, but wind and tides is the app I come back to over and over again, because when you are out on the water simplicity is king. One click, one glance, and I know everything I need to know. Thanks gents!
