A few days ago they changed the format, now providing completely inaccurate wind forecasts. I hope they’ll consider going back to the format they’ve used for years, including the wind forecast as well as the afternoon projections, which are always higher. Right now the app says 5-10 knots for every day, even though the NOAA site says afternoon winds exceed 20 knots every day in the afternoons. This could become a safely issue if people used to the app aren’t aware strong afternoon winds are predicted. ### 1/5 — App not working *2015-06-12* This app has not been working for more than 10 days. It is impossible to get windspeeds from any part of the app. Be very careful before you spend even one cent. ### 1/5 — Waste of Money, Please Refund *2013-03-20* Please do not waste your money. This app is very basic and should be free. Not worth the $2. Please refund my money. ### 2/5 — Kayaker24 *2013-06-27* Warning! Tide/current predictions are very different from other sources. For example, Wednesday June 26 on this app shows max ebb at 06:11 of 2.9 knots. Other sources say 5.5 knots! And about a half hour later at the Gate. The same day max flood on this app is at 13:12 at 4 knots. Other sources say 4.4 knots about a half hour later at the gate! It would be nice to have the tides and currents listed include 2-3 hours earlier to have better idea what is happening currently. **Developer response:** We use the NOAA published tide and current predictions at the Golden Gate bridge (see the noaa.gov website).
