I experienced the same issue. I applied for an account, got approved, they even sent me a debit card. A couple of weeks later, the requested my business docs again and denied me. Customer said it was because I applied for two accounts but the system requested my docs again. Waste of time!!! Would not recommend. ### 1/5 — SCAM! I should’ve stuck to more established services, don’t make the same mistake. ### 1/5 — Horrific and Non-Transparent *2023-03-30* I applied for my business a while back, as it seemed to tick all the right boxes. They kept asking for more information, and winded up denying the application. Every attempt to get them to answer why it was denied, only led to them saying that it’s against their policy to explain why it was denied. Mind you, every rep was beyond rude. They act like you aren’t worth their time. They seem to want to attract all the Silicon Valley types, but not any non-tech business. Let’s hope what happened to SVB was a wake up call for them. Oh, and even if you’re denied, months later your account still exists and I believe it permanently remains so, despite no active account linked to it. So there’s no way for you to give it another go. I give them 0 stars for customer service and transparency. Took over a week to do the application with their response times, only to get the above result. Take your money elsewhere. ### 1/5 — Avoid!! *2023-01-27, version 1.1.3* This company is absolute trash, they must be operating out of their mothers basement. I’m constantly having issues with my debit card not working, wire transfers taking longer than 5 business days, and the customer service is pathetic. I don’t see them staying in business to long .. if you have an account I would suggest close it .
