Meistens passt die Vorhersage, wenn ich irgendwo, z.B. zum Windsurfen, hinfahre. Having timely confidence in my wind and wave direction, size and speed means EVERYTHING for me as I’m able to have magnificent experiences time and again using Windfinder Plus. I’ve come to rely on it for all my weather needs regardless of where I am. This is not a light endorsement as this app has earned its way to prime real estate on my Homepage over the last few years. Regen selbst in der Pro Version selten richtig angezeigt , Gefühlt wird nicht oft aktualisiert. Kann natürlich auch an der Wetterwarte liegen und Ostsee ist eh schwierig. Bitte berücksichtigt die Temperatur oder ich muss mir eine andere App suchen. Update: musste jetzt leider das Abo beenden. Habe die Bewertung auf 4 Sterne wieder hochgezogen. Die App macht ja was sie verspricht. Aber ohne Temperaturbereich brauche ich keine Windalarme. Und ohne Windalarme brauche ich die App nicht. I use Windfinder for the prediction of wind and waves. With wind, they are good. With waves, they are consistently bad. I routinely add 1-2’ to their predictions in the 2-5’ range. Sometimes, they are WAY off, which costs me money and reputation. When Windfinder tells me the wind is 15-18 and waves 2’, I KNOW they are WAY OFF. The waves will 3-5’, especially if it’s been blowing for a couple of days. This is bourne out on the report page. That is fraud. Great app. ### 1/5 — Beware Windfinder Plus vs Pro version! *2021-04-16* The $7.99 version of Windfinder Plus is a gimmick to get you to pay more for the same services available in the Free version. It will NOT even include the Pro subscription which is an additional $4.99 a year and you’ll be prompted to upgrade immediately. The app descriptions in the App store surprisingly fail to mention the differences between the Plus and Pro version and going to the developer’s site also leaves you with the same lack of helpful information. So if you’re really just looking for the Pro features which includes wind alerts, just go with the Free version and then upgrade to Plus. It will save you almost $2 in comparison. ### 1/5 — How you add a new favourite ???? *2020-04-27* For heaven’s sake why can’t I go to the favourites page and find a button that says ‘new favourite’.
