I tried pairing my W2A after following the steps given from the chatbot and it still didn’t work no matter the method used as it just appeared as an invalid vehicle ID and I couldn’t even use Bluetooth

I tried to sign up but I keep getting frustrated at how it’s not sending me the code. I got it out of Chinese but I can’t even sign up. The scooter is good but the app is dumb. Please fix this.

After registering, you have to accept the terms written in Chinese, and despite viewing both the terms of use and privacy policy, the app still has a login failure.

If you enjoy this bike it’s great for that. However the customer service is not and neither is the app. It’s very low functioning and at most times unavailable. There’s never even communication from the developers about updates. The app just stops working. While the bike appears solid for the short time I’ve owned it, the feature offered to have this app connected has not been a good user experience.

So I found out on the android version that it’s been updated to 1.0.6 while the apple version is stuck on 1.0.5

Now I’m not sure if that has anything to do with it but it’s really frustrating getting a new eBike from WINDHORSE and they don’t support the apple version of the app. Please fix otherwise the bike is great
