### 1/5 — The customer section doesn’t work

I purchased the app and the segment of customer, every time I select a customer it kicks me out of the app.

This is the first time I have heard this issue.

I am also always open to feedback & feature suggestions also.

I would be happy to diagnose what’s causing this.


You can also ask App Store for a refund also.

As a sales person and estimator in the window cleaning industry I didn’t find this app helpful. 1. You can’t save estimates. 2. You can’t connect estimates to customers. 3. Estimates aren’t based on time. 4. There is no drop down (easy, clear way) of displaying if the window is third floor etc (having to write it out manually every time is inefficient). 5. You can estimate per column. 6. There is no place for lost time or any addition charges.

Thanks for your feedback all these things you talk about would be great feature requests. What did you find the app could not do that is the description of the app or in images or video. I think I was very clear in the app’s capabilities.  Is it really necessary to bash me like this. You could have easily just reach out to me and discuss your concerns

I have been trying to use this app seams like you need to make it easier to add windows and be able to send it to customers. Or maybe something I’m missing on it

Adding estimates that are downloadable may be in a future update. 

The current state of the app like in the description is mainly creating custom counters and storing customer data.

If you look in the app description it’s very clear what you can do with the app.

I was looking all over the app site for this. It’s funny how YouTube has a lot of people trying to figure the cost of a job and what to charge I encourage Mike to continue because this could be and will be invaluable to all the window cleaning gurus and startups to finally have something tangible especially the price 3.99 it’s a no brainer. Good job!
