## What is Windsurfing app (Vadewind)?

The app you were missing for windsurfing. Discover spots and their weather forecasts, create and share your sessions with fellow windsurfers. Plus, you can also broadcast sessions in real-time. This means you can see data on speed, distance, and even the geolocation of the rider who has activated this option. For example, you'll know if your friend who just entered the water is planing or not. This will provide you with all the information you need to decide whether to hit the water or not. This also gives you an extra layer of safety at sea, as in sessions with some risk, you can alert the community to your situation and location in real time (we do not recommend taking risks under any circumstances and you should bear in mind that this option depends entirely on your phone's connection and battery, so it is not infallible, just an additional safety feature).

Another important part of the app is the discovery of spots. The app has a global list of spots, dynamically growing, because users can add their favorite spots. Get to know all the detailed info of the spot written by a local and the weather forecasts from the best wind models.

Just like the spots, registered users also generate data related to their activity and thanks to this, from the user account, you can access the sessions enjoyed and all the statistical data obtained as a result. For example, you can see what size sails you have used most often or the wind conditions on a specific past day. Also, which spots you have visited the most, what are your usual conditions... There are endless possibilities.

Gratis, sin publi y con todo lo que un windsurfista puede querer. Personalmente destacaría las previsiones meteo de viento y especialmente el dato de Tendencia, que no lo he visto en ningún otro sitio y me parece súper útil

No sirve para el Watch

**Developer response:** Estamos trabajando para conseguir retransmitir desde el Watch como lo hace desde el móvil, pero es complejo debido a las restricciones de conectividad que conlleva dicho dispositivo. Lo que sí es posible es grabar la sesión con el Watch con cualquier app e importar luego el GPX generado a Vadewind para tener la sesión y el análisis de la misma en nuestra app.Aparte de todo, nos gustaría comentar que vemos tu reseña un poco injusta, ya que al ponernos una estrella nos bajas tremendamente la media sin que nosotros hayamos indicado en ningún sitio que la app tenga versión para el Watch. Esta app es gratuita y sin publicidad. La hacemos por amor al windsurf y trabajamos un montón para ir mejorándola. Seguiremos haciéndolo a pesar de todo.EDITAMOS: Ya "sirve" para el Watch
